How do I obtain my course completion certificate at the end of the course?

a. The next-to-last item in the last lesson is the course certificate. It will be locked until you pass all the quizzes.
b. When it’s unlocked, simply click it, and it will take you to a new window. Click “Get your certificate.” A new window will open with instructions on how your certificate will be mailed to you.
c. If you do not want your certificate mailed to you, or if the name listed on the online certificate does not reflect what you want printed on the hardcopy certificate, please contact us immediately via email at [e-mail] with “Course certificate update” as the subject line of your email, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
