Sometimes I have problems with Adobe Acrobat. What can I do about that?

a. If you’re not running the latest version of Acrobat, you can upgrade your plug-in at adobe.com/downloads/.
b. Some of the files are quite large, so they may take some time to load, especially if you’re using Wi-Fi connections. The larger files are in the Reading Assignments folders. If the files you’re having problems with are the larger files, you may want to save them to your hard drive and then open them in Acrobat rather than opening them within the course window.
c. To download the files, right-click (PC) or option-click (Mac) the filename and select “Save …”
